POLICY
Since all Guilt2Grace products are made-to-order just for you, we only accept returns for items that are defective or if there was a mistake with your order. We want to be honest with our community: we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors, so please check our size guides carefully!
CONTACT WITHIN 7 DAYS
If your order is incorrect or you receive a defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at GUILT2GRACE.ADMIN@GMAIL.COM. It's a simple process—just include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
INCLUDE SUPPORTING PHOTOS
To help us make things right, we require clear supporting photos of the defect or the incorrect item received. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either send out a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Orders cannot be canceled once items have entered production. If you wish to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at GUILT2GRACE.ADMIN@GMAIL.COM. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel it, but cancellation is not guaranteed due to our made-to-order process.
