All Guilt2Grace orders are made-to-order with care. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, but on occasion certain items may take 8-10 business days or longer. Please know that we will do our best to get your order to you correctly, and as quickly as possible.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Processing times are separate from shipping windows. Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. You will receive an email confirmation once your items have been printed, packed, and handed over to the carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number directly to your inbox. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination and will be shown clearly at checkout. Look out for site-wide free shipping promos that may apply to your order automatically or via discount codes!
DELIVERY ISSUES & CUSTOMS
- Lost or Delayed Packages: While we aren't responsible for carrier delays, please email us if your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated window.
- Wrong Address: Ensure your address is correct. Orders returned due to an invalid address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
